Green IT: Network WhiteByte

The network WhiteByte was, with reference to the Green IT, a predecessor to the e-business pilot. Nowadays, conserving natural resources plays a decisive role. In the field of information technology the energy consumption therefore gets more and more attention. All technical developments which have a more energy-efficient IT goal are subsumed under the term "Green IT". This includes all organisational measures in the IT sector which are targeted at energy efficiency.

Within the BMWi-supported network project "WhiteByte®" we assist small and medium-sized companies while implementing their Green IT objectives. Together we will develop a custom Green IT strategy and tailor-made solutions. The approaches are varied – just contact us!

Who We Are

We that are ten companies in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania participating in the network project actively. The network is managed by ATI Westmecklenburg GmbH. As a network management organisation we are the primary contact for all matters relating to the project.
