The CTCC Cross-Border Competence Mobility Center at the Technology Centre Schwerin (TGZ Schwerin) involves three creative brokers: Steffi Groth (General Manager of ATI Westmecklenburg and Project Specialist), Ralf Mades (Innovation and Project Manager) and Marco Drews (Project Manager). Our experienced team have acquired a wide range of competencies in different areas and sectors - and that makes us stronger. We have been gathered experience in implementing projects with science, education, business development and technology transfer. Also, we have a practical background, well-developed bonds with important actors in the region and an extensive network of national and international partners.

As Creative Brokers, we provide a boost for the development of innovations in traditional companies, which present the so-called blue and green sectors (maritime shipbuilding and transport, renewable energy production, maritime tourism, aquaculture, sustainable solutions, etc.). Our focus is on small businesses, start-ups, and medium-sized companies that want to improve their products and services and gain a competitive advantage by collaborating with creative industries.
